• If a customer cancels an order within 8 working days of the agreed date, a service fee of 7% will be removed from the total amount and the remaining amount will be returned.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When there is a product service problem, we always ask the customer to send a copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes. The client is responsible for shipping costs.

Only in acceptable physical condition will goods be accepted for warranty repair or replacement after they have been sold.

In the aforesaid situations, products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be refused and considered warranty invalid.

Only manufacturing flaws are covered by the warranty, which is governed by the manufacturer’s policy. If the manufacturer has a local service centre, the consumer must contact the service centre directly with the purchase data for warranty.

According to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy, products under warranty will be fixed or replaced.

Without accessories, manuals, Software CDs / DVDs, and exterior box packing, we reserve the right to refuse warranty goods.

Refund and Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
• If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges levied on your order after recieving it back.
• No Cancellation On Pre-Order products and orders made during special occasion/offer or emergency like COVID-19 crisis. If you still want to cancel, we will deduct cancellation charges.
